SAD NEWS: 1 dead, 2 injured after ambulance crash on Mountain Parkway
CLARK Region, Ky. (LEX 18) — One individual is dead, another is in basic condition and one more gotten non-life threating wounds in an accident that occurred on Mountain Road on Sunday. As per Clark Region Sheriff Berl Perdue, an emergency vehicle was shipping a patient from Pikeville to the College of Kentucky Clinical Center when it struck a guardrail and flipped over. The accident brought about the demise of the patient being moved and left the EMT on board in basic condition. The driver of the rescue vehicle purportedly endured non-dangerous wounds.
