The four-bedroom, 12-bathroom home at 10 Cherry Hills Park Drive was purchased in April 2022. The price broke the previous Denver real estate record of $16 million.Wilson and Ciara’s home is 20,000 square feet and sits on five acres of land. Some of the perks include a 2,590-square-foot indoor pool, a basketball court and a guest suite with its own kitchen.Wilson’s home became something of a joke in his first season in Denver, as it wasn’t until Week 15 that he threw more touchdowns than he had a bathroom at home. It’s part of a larger story about Wilson not living up to the mega-trade that brought him to Colorado and the giant contract he signed to stay. The extension kicks in before the 2024 season begins, but the Broncos are largely expected to eat the entire contract and overpay obviously so they can move on without Wilson.In Wilson’s first year, Denver had one of the most embarrassing seasons in history when the team went 5-12 and head coach Nathaniel Hackett was fired.
