CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Tennessee Titans are releasing 8 assistant coaches, including their offensive line coach, to release Bill Callahan if he is interested in joining the team.Callahan’s son Brian was recently named the head coach of the Titans.Bill Callahan, 67, is one of the most respected line coaches in the NFL with 29 years of experience, including the last 4 with the Browns.He helped the Browns reach the playoffs this season despite losing three tackles this season (Dawand Jones, Jedrick Wills and Jack Conklin).He signed a contract extension a year ago in Cleveland.The former Bengals offensive coordinator could have several options if he lets the week play out.
