Breaking: Sean Payton and the Broncos Among Most Anticipate…

The NFL officially announced every team and opponent for next season on Friday, which we learned about as soon as New Orleans’ year ended and actually saw the team announce it on the same day. Dennis Allen and the Saints have a tighter schedule with six playoff teams not including the 2024 Bucs. HOME: NFC South, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders, Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, NFC West (Los Angeles Rams), AFC North (Cleveland Browns) AWAY: NFC South, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs, Los- Angeles Chargers, NFC North (Green Bay Packers) SEAN PAYTON AND THE BRONCOS IN THE DOME Itand#039 is probably one of, if not the most played games for Saints fans. Denver is coming to town for the first time since 2016, which produced a rather controversial finish at the Superdome. Sean Payton is returning to New Orleans after resigning nearly two years ago. The Broncos have quite the flavor of the holidays, so it’s a homecoming of sorts for many players and coaches. Regardless of when they play on the schedule, it should be in prime time. DEREK CARR Vs. HIS FORMER TEAM, the Raiders, are also coming to New Orleans again, having just been to the Superdome in 2022 for an extra game added to the NFLand#039’s schedule. Derek Carr is expected to seek revenge this time for a team that went their separate ways after nine seasons. It sets up a nice story leading up to the game and should be worth keeping an eye on as the schedule drops in mid to late May. LONE STAR STATE OF MIND Saints always travel well when they meet the Cowboys in Dallas and vice versa. It’s a quick flight or not too bad a drive for anyone in Louisiana. New Orleans rises and#039;Jerry Worldand#039; for the first time since 2018 and whenever you play against them, it is sure to attract a lot of eyeballs. It would not be surprising to see this and#039;game of the week#039; at least. HONORABLE ENDINGS Muhammad and Arrowhead Chiefs – The last time New Orleans went to Arrowhead to play the Chiefs, they were disappointed by a Nick Fairley bonehead penalty. Kansas City had the Saintsand#039; number over the last few games and the Saints are looking to change that. Letand won’t forget Derek Carrand’s famous play there. Back to Lambeau – Things were going according to plan until they weren’t against the Packers in Week 3, but the Saints blew a 17-point lead in the final quarter, specifically the final 11 minutes, and it was over. biting them in the rear when it came to the postseason. Green Bay pissed off a lot of people in a year where they weren’t expected to contend, but they got the last laugh. McVay vs. Allen, Part Deux – The Rams gave the Saints defense a master class on Thursday Night Football when Sean McVay got the best of Dennis Allen in a big way.
